COME TOGETHER WITH ME

for a 3-hour (with breaks and spaciousness) immersion in the sacred landscape of the desert; an Leaning-In to what is Hidden; a curling-up-against what is Dead and what is Flowing With Life; an imagistic, Presenced silence unlike any other.

this gathering will weave imaginal experiencing / storytelling with contemplative practices with group interactivity.

some potential elements:

spaciousness for contemplation, for Listening

prayer-making, for making-sacred (especially For the body)

1on1-time and group process

playing with text and playing with gesture

Re-membering silenced voices— including our Own

** i purposely keep my descriptions loose because i am very much Listening and informed by what can See Further than me, and because— my gatherings, over the last year, have become (purposely) increasingly exploratory and improvisational. we are creating a ritual container; as mentioned for my last 4-week offering, singing over the bones, this is not a course, this is not a workshop. it is a communal space for Encountering what is There for us to See/hear/receive; and to Encounter ~each other~.

** we will be working with text including the gospel of mary magdalene and the wisdom teachings of she and jesus/yeshua; that said + to be clear, this is not for christians; this is not just for women; this is not for ‘Believers’; this is for the Curious; this is for the Storied; this is for Everyone.

ps: in the way i have been called to say Mary’s name, especially in contexts wherein she has been Erased— i wish to speak that i unknowingly chose this date, which is the date of Bianca’s birthday— my forever-special friend whom in nov ‘23 i walked through her death, with; the first time i have ever done this. /// it feels fitting as we continue exploring Life/Death/Life and the idea of there only being One Gate/One Door, that this date has been aligned <3 </3

also wanted to put out there >> the community that formed after singing over the bones and from my previous story-gatherings has cohered in an experimental space called THE IMAGINAL COMMONS that meets once a month and invites different community members to step in and space-hold / offer Something to be held in sacred togetherness. although i am helping to tend and shepherding, i am not at the Center of this space in allowance for experimentation/stepping in of the others who are interested in doing so! <3 if this sounds like something you’d like to experience or be a part of, also send me a hi/hallo and we’ll dialogue. :)

i am also resuming doing 1-on-1 LEGEND SESSIONS with folks who are interested in exploring inner spaces and the imaginal realm in an Honest and embodied way. i am not a therapist but/and these spaces are therapeutic; this is my own modality that has formed from my life-path/Works relationally and as a longtime space-holder, Seeing with the eye of the heart, Deep Listening associatively and rhizomatically/mycelially, sensitivity to Nuance, and especially over the past 5 years in immersing myself in story-work. i also sit with folks for storywork mentorship, on the craft and ethos of being a storyteller/carrier and working with these ancient energies and what they are asking of you. there’s some more info on this page on my website including some beautiful testimonials. <3 reach out if you feel called, even if you don’t know why! :)) i find that the folks who stumble across my turtle hut at the Edge are finding me for a reason ..
